I tried to register my domain with Globat, since than I have following issues:
1. They never responded to a single one of my calls in few days.
2. They have registered my domain and charged me, but did not set up my account. Now I can't even register the domain elsewhere.
3. I can't get my money back Globat gives lots of storage and reasonable functionality. Though, occasional email and website outages happen rather often. I had few times when my website along with my email were unavailable for days. I know there's no such thing as a perfect web hosting. But these outages cost me money. My small business can't be run like this. I would encourage anyone looking for a Hosting company to use Globat . Not only is the correspondence of money and quality is exceptional, but the aftercare Customer and Technical Support is just marvelous. They provide everything I need for my small business. I will recommend them to everyone. I've been with Globat for more than 4 years. I signed up because at the time I was dealing with a hosting company that was just too difficult to deal with. I moved to Globat because of the price actually. Initially things went well but than they started charging me for things I never asked them for. Well, I'm not that frustrated about this, I resolved this problem, slowly but I finally obtained a result. Anyhow, it was not the only problem I had to deal with. As the years pass they seem to become worse and worse. I mean decline in server performance, customer service, and uptime. Too many customers as a result systems are incapable of handling the load put on them. This seems understandable and tolerable, but they seem not to put any effort in lessening the blow. It is still a good deal for the price.
