I've been hosting several sites on Lunarpages for about 4 years. It was a really good hosting company until recently. I've been facing many outages, and poor support service and very slow response. It has been really frustrating. I'm going to quit. It's not what I expected from a highly ranked hosting company. I have several accounts with Lunarpages for more than 4 years already. I have been happy with the service over the past couple of years, but recently that changed. One of the servers that hosts one of my accounts has been down for 3 days and it looks like it's going to be there for another 12 hours or more until it is back up and running. Lunarpages refuses to help me by moving my account to another server, but I desperately need my email! There's over 100 users that need to contact me and they now have to use the phone, not comfortable at all, and too bad for my business. They offer alot for the money if you can afford to be down for a long time. We are a small web design company and we host all our customers with Lunarpages. It's been over 5 years already. They are just great. Billing is automatic, and always correct. Pricing is more than fair.Such quality at those prices, it's marvelous. The ease of use and quality of customer support is one of the major reasons we host with them. It's important for us as a web design company that the hosting company updates their software and hardware on time. Lunarpages have been great in this question. Besides, I love their Control Panel. It can do everything, and is simple enough for a non-technical user. We had a couple of issues during the years. Lunarpages response was fantastic - fast and efficient. Though few months ago, they had a period when some of the web sites were off line occasionally for about an hour or so, but they are back to normal now, and I'm more than happy to recommend them to everyone. Lunar Pages has always been a great hosting provider for me. I never had a site downtime other than my taking the site down to re-build. Most of my problems are answered very quickly and efficiently. Knowing I can have fast service from a reliable host makes me feel safe. I've never had one problem with LunarPages.I stick with LunarPages for it's superior services, web space, and bandwidth, reliability, stability, performance, and excellent customer support.
